This journal uses a CC BY-NC license.
The Copyright Agreement Form must be signed with a blue pen and uploaded to the system as a PDF. The form can be filled out in separate copies by authors from different institutions. However, all signatures must be signed with a blue pen and combined as a SINGLE PDF, and uploaded to the system. Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal, and their work is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. The author(s) retains unrestricted copyrights and publishing rights.

By submitting their work to the journal, the authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.
1. The copyright of the published article belongs to its author under CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
2. The authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
3. The authors grant the right to freely use the article to any third party as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.
4. Nothing in this license impairs or restricts an author's right to preserve the integrity and ownership of their work.
5. All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.
General Principles:
| 1. | Articles submitted for publication must be a minimum of 5000 and a maximum of 10,000 words. Likewise, articles with Edition Critical or Translated Articles must contain at least 5000 words of Evaluation. Manuscripts exceeding this number can be accepted by the editor's evaluation. |

İn the articles, 150-350 words of Turkish-English Abstract and 5-8 Turkish and English Keywords should be written. |
| 3. | In the Book Reviews, 100-200 words of Turkish/English Abstract and 3-5 Turkish/English Keywords should be written. |
| 4. | Book Reviews should be prepared and sent within the framework of the writing guide accepted by our journal. See https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/download/article-file/377527 |
| 5. | In article titles, each word should start with a capital letter and articles should be written with Times New Roman font and 12 point size, bold. In addition, the English title should be written above the "Abstract" part. |
| 6. | Manuscripts should be written in Microsoft Office Word program with Times New Roman font, 12 point size, 1.5 spacing and saved as (.doc) or (.docx). |
| 7. | Footnotes should be in Times New Roman font and size 10. |
| 8. | In quotations of more than 4 lines, it should be shifted to the right, within two tabs of the normal paragraph line, and should be written in Times New Roman font, 11 point size, with 1.15 line spacing without apostrophes. If it is less than four lines, it should be given in double quotes in the text. |
| 9. | Information such as author’s title, name, institution, ORCID number and e-mail address should not be included under the title of the article. The article should be specified if it is produced from academic studies (master, doctorate, associate professorship or scientific meetings). |
| 10. | At the end of the article, before the bibliography, the contribution rate statement of the researchers, support and acknowledgment statements, if any, should be stated in the conflict statement in accordance with the table below. |
