The aim of this study was two folded: (a) to determine the predictive value of students’
perceptions of the quality of the services provided by the faculty in predicting students’
academic motivation, self efficacy and school satisfaction, (b) to determine if the predictive
value of the students’ perceptions of quality of the services vary depending on the student
characteristics. 577 students attending Department of Education in Pamukkale University
responded to the instrument developed by the researcher. The results indicated that, although
the best predictors of students’ satisfaction levels were the perception of academic quality
and campus experiences in general, the best predictors of students’ satisfaction levels were
different for students with different characteristics.
