Copyright Transfer

Authors are required to fill in and approve the TÜBA-AR Copyright Transfer Form in order for their articles to be printed.
(Authors who will send their manuscripts to TÜBA-AR must fill in the “Copyright Transfer Form” document. The author(s) must sign the form with a wet signature. The signed form should be scanned and uploaded through the system by using the upload additional file option in the 4th step of the work submission step. The works of authors who do not submit the Copyright Transfer Form will not be published).

The studies sent to TÜBA-AR for publication must be original works that have not been published in any way before or sent for publication anywhere.

Authors are deemed to have transferred the copyright of their work to the Turkish Academy of Sciences with the Copyright Transfer Form. TÜBA-AR Editorial Board is authorized to publish the article. However, the authors reserve the following rights;

        Patent rights,
        All unregistered rights other than copyright,
        The right to reproduce the work for their own purposes, provided that they do not intend to sell it,
        The right to use all or part of the work in the author's own books and other academic works, provided that the author cites the source,
        The right to make the work available on personal websites or in the open archive of his/her university, provided that the work is cited.

All articles published in TÜBA-AR are licensed under the “Creative Commons Citation 4.0 International License”. This license grants the right to reproduce, share, and disseminate all published articles, data sets, graphics, and appendices in data mining applications, search engines, websites, blogs, and all other platforms, provided that the source is cited. Open access is an approach that facilitates interdisciplinary communication and encourages different disciplines to work with each other. In this direction, TÜBA-AR provides added value to its field by providing more access to its articles and a more transparent evaluation process.

Privacy Statement

Personal information such as names and e-mail addresses entered into the TÜBA-AR journal management system will only be used for the scientific purposes of this journal and the Turkish Academy of Sciences. This information will not be used for any other purpose or department and will not be shared with third parties.
