Evaluation and Publication

The article proposal first goes through a preliminary evaluation process in terms of form and content in accordance with the journal's publication principles and writing rules. Rejected submissions are sent to the author with the reasons for rejection. Rejected articles will not be accepted for re-submission even if revised.

The article proposal accepted after the preliminary evaluation is taken into the double-blind peer review process. At least two reviewers review the article and prepare reviewer evaluation reports. Based on the reports, the journal accepts or rejects the article for publication as is, after minor revisions or major revisions.

Once an article proposal is accepted for publication, it is first published on the journal website as online first with the DOI number and then published in  electronically with all other articles in the first upcoming issue. The electronic publication period of an article proposal takes six (6) months on average.
