Estrogen and progesteron immunreactivity in hyperplastic and atypical hyperplastic endometrium

Abstract

Objective: In our study; we aimed to evaluate estrogen and progesteron receptor expression in hyperplastic and atypical hyperplastic endometrium. Materials and Methods: ER and PR receptor staining was performed immunohistochemically in paraffin embedded specimens from seventeen patients who had simple or complex nonatypical and ten patients with atypical complex hyperplasia Results: Estrogen positivity was significantly lower in atypical hyperplastic endometrial glands and stroma than nonatypical hyperplastic type (p=0.01 ve p

Abstract

Amaç:Atipisiz ve atipili endometrial hiperplazilerdeki östrojen ve ve progesteron reseptör ekspresyonunun değerlendirilmesi. Materyal ve Metod: Onyediadet atipisiz basit veya kompleks hiperplazi ve 10 adet atipili kompleks hiperplazi içeren parafin blokda immunhistokimyasal yöntemle östrojen ve progesteron reseptörleri çalışıldı.
