I have been working as a project leader in the R&D (Research and Development) department for approximately 12 years. For 7 years, I have been following the mass production processes in accordance with the project documents, especially Medical devices, Syringes, Cable elements and Special products. For these projects, I work on maintaining production continuity and reducing costs. In addition, in these studies, I carry out the certification processes, necessary test processes, assembly instructions and preparation of usage instructions in accordance with EN and UL standards.

I completed my undergraduate education at Süleyman Demirel University. During my undergraduate education, I took part in different student societies and studies. I participated in events as a team in communities. Some activities are paragliding and 30 piloting flights, winter sports and I have participated in most of the diving events. I also completed my internships at Şişecam and İÇDAŞ iron and steel factories. In the continuation of my studies, I completed my master's degree with thesis from the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Isparta University of Applied Sciences.

My goal is to share my knowledge and competencies with my colleagues and move the unit, institution and sector we work with to the leading position. However, it will always be a great pleasure to share experience with anyone who is as keen to do as I am
