Açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede bir ölçek geliştirme çalışması: uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine ilişkin algı çalışması örneği

Öz

Bu çalışmanın ana amacı hemşirelerin bilgisayar teknolojisine dayalı uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine ilişkin algılarını belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu çalışma, uzaktan hemşirelik eğitiminin öğrenme, teknoloji, iletişim-değerlendirme ve yönetim boyutu ile hemşirelerin uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine yönelik algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak için tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma Eskişehir’de çalışan 697 hemşireye uygulanmıştır. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Uzaktan Hemşirelik Eğitimine İlişkin Algı Ölçeği (UHEİAÖ)” ile toplanmıştır. Veriler, LISREL istatistiksel paket programı kullanılarak Madde Analizi, Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları; öğrenme, teknoloji, iletişim-değerlendirme ve yönetimin hemşirelerin uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine yönelik algılarını doğrudan etkilediğini ve geliştirilen ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
