The concepts such as multiculturalism, intercultural communication, cultural harmony, cultural conflict, which are becoming widespread with the phenomenon of globalization, increase the importance of cultural intelligence day by day. In this context, the studies on the concept of cultural intelligence are increasing rapidly in domestic and foreign literature. In this study, it is aimed to contribute to the related literature by making a descriptive, structural and relational analysis of the concept of cultural intelligence in domestic and foreign literature. In the study, 152 studies were examined which have been belonging to domestic and foreign literature and published between 2003-2020. 124 of the studies belong to foreign and 28 to domestic literature. The studies in the context, first of all evaluated as the measurement and antecedent of cultural intelligence, after the relationship of cultural intelligence with other concepts was examined in five groups as direct effect, non-direct effect, mediating effect, moderator effect and qualitative researches. The results obtained from the research showed that the studies on cultural intelligence have increased over the years. Relational reviews have revealed that cultural intelligence is mostly examined by direct and indirect effects. On the other hand, it has been determined that there are very limited studies on cultural intelligence in the domestic literature.

Araştırmaların, 124’ü yabancı, 28’i yerli literatüre aittir.
