This research examines the relationship between political skill and perceived individual, team and organizational performance. We tried to reveal perceived organizational, supervisor, and co-worker support effects as moderators in the relationship of political skill and perceived organizational performance. In the test of the proposed model, we used purposive sampling. As a result of this effort, we collected 372 questionnaires from managers and white-collar employees in one metropolitan city and two district municipalities. We used SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24 statistics programs were used within the context of this study. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, hierarchical regression and simple slope analysis are used to verify the hypotheses of the study. As a result of the correlation analysis, findings show there is no significant relationship between gender and perceived performance dimensions. However, there appears to be a significant relationship with an individual’s educational status and perceived performance. I found there is a relationship between length of service and perceived team and individual performance. Political skill appears to have a positive and significant impact on perceived organizational performance. This study determines perceived supervisor support and perceived coworker support have a moderator role in the relationship between political skill and perceived performance. Considering the contribution of political skill to performance, it is important that it is learned and used by both the management and the employee.
