Öz
Bu araştırmanın amacı çift
yetenekli liderlik davranışlarının çalışanların inovatif davranışlar üzerindeki
etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Liderliğin inovasyon ile ilişkisine dair akademik
yazında birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Fakat liderlik teorilerinin kapsamlarının
oldukça geniş olmasından dolayı inovasyonun keşfedici ve keşfettiklerini uygulayıcı
yönlerini tespit etmeyi zorlaştırmaktadır. Güncel bir liderlik yaklaşımı olan
çift yetenekli liderlik kavramının iki boyutu olan liderin açma ve kapama
davranışının inovasyonun keşfetme ve keşfedileni uygulama boyutları ile ilişkili
gözükmektedir. Çift yetenekli liderlik davranışlarını ölçen, inovatif
davranışları ölçen ve katılımcıların demografik değişkenlerini belirlemeye
yönelik ifadelerden oluşan anket çalışması ile çeşitli sektörlerden 490 çalışan
üzerinden toplanan veriler SPSS programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme
sonucunda çift yetenekli liderlik davranışının inovatif davranışlar üzerinde
etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Öz
Purpose of
the study is trying to find the effect of ambidextrous leadership behaviors on
employee’s innovative behavior. Lots of research has been done about the
relationship between leadership and innovation. Wide extend of leadership
theories make it difficult to explain exploration and exploitation dimension of
innovation. Opening and closing behavior of ambidextrous leadership, latest
leadership approach, seems to related with exploration and exploitation
dimension of innovation. The data collected via survey includes ambidextrous leadership
and innovative behavior statement also some demographics questions. 490
questionnaires are collected from employees around different sectors. The
effect of ambidextrous leadership on innovative behavior has found by
evaluating the data analyzed by SPSS.
