Editor in-chief

Ali İbrahim Can GÖZÜM is a prolific author and researcher both nationally and internationally. He was awarded a faculty honor certificate as the top performer in the Faculty of Education at Kafkas University between 2005 and 2009. 

Currently, Dr. GÖZÜM serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Education at Kafkas University Faculty of Education in Turkey. He completed his doctoral studies in the Departments of Early Childhood Education at Gazi University and Science Education at Ondokuz Mayıs University. His expertise lies in science and technology education in early childhood.

Moreover, he holds the position of Editor-in-Chief at the open-access journal "e-Kafkas Journal of Educational Research" and serves as an associate editor for the STEM Education section of the journal "Frontiers in Education." Dr. GÖZÜM has also contributed as a peer reviewer for numerous journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.

Dr. Stamatios Papadakis has been a postdoctoral researcher in Educational Technology, with emphasis on mobile learning, at the Department of Preschool Education at the University of Crete, Greece since 2016. He has graduated from the Department of Informatics, Athens University of Economics and Business, Athens, Greece. In 2006 he completed a Master’s degree (M.Ed.) in Pre-school Education and Educational Design at the University of Aegean, Rhodes, Greece at the School of Humanities, Department of Pre-school Education. In 2016, he completed a Ph.D. at the University of Crete, Department of Education in Rethymnon, Greece . He has worked as an adjunct Lecturer in Education teaching Didactics in Programming (2017-2018) at the Department of Computer Sciences, School of Sciences and Engineering at the University of Crete, Greece. Since 2017 h worked as an adjunct Lecturer in Education teaching Informatics (2017-2018) at the Department of Preschool Education, School of Education, University of Crete, Greece. His scientific and research interests include the study of mobile learning, especially on the use of smart mobile devices and their accompanying mobile applications (apps) in the use of Preschool and Primary Education, focusing on the development of Computational Thinking and students’ understanding of numbers. Furthermore, his research interests also include ICT in education, novice programming environments and teaching of programming in Primary and Secondary Education (novice programmers). She graduated in 2008 at the Institute of Special education and rehabilitation, obtained a master's degree in 2012 (master thesis: Socioeconomical status of families with disabled child) and a doctorate in 2014 at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. After defending her doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Specific learning problems in people with disabilities" she obtained a scientific degree - Doctor of Special Education and Rehabilitation Sciences.
For a period of 7 years, from 2010 to 2017, she worked as a special educator and rehabilitator, as well as coordinator of the Day Care Center for Persons with Mental or Physical Disabilities.
From 2015 to 2018 she worked as a lecturer in various subjects at the Institute for Special Education and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Pedagogy, University of Tetovo, Republic of North Macedonia.
Since December 2018 she has been employed at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje at the Institute for Family Studies, as an associate professor in the fields of: Education, Special Education and Rehabilitation (Family and Disability, Special Education and Families, Family and Developmental Disabilities).

Perceptions of marriage and divorce among young people in the Republic of North Macedonia
This study investigated young people's perceptions of marriage and divorce in the Republic of North Macedonia through rigorous data collection and analysis. The research findings were systematically analyzed to identify prevailing attitudes and trends, ensuring the robustness of the conclusions drawn. The culmination of this academic endeavor was the development of a scholarly publication, aiming to enrich the existing literature on marital perceptions within this demographic.

Research for National Situation Analyses on Early Childhood Intervention, UNICEF The project embarked on conducting National Situation Analyses concerning Early Childhood Intervention, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to gather comprehensive data.
