Doç. Dr. Ahmet Yavuz Karafil, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi Spor Yöneticiliği Anabilim Dalı öğretim üyesidir. Araştırmalarını spor psikolojisi, spor yönetimi ve toplumsal cinsiyet çalışmaları alanlarında sürdürmektedir. Özellikle Q metodolojisi kullanarak sporcuların psikolojik süreçlerini, antrenörlerin stratejilerini ve sporun toplumsal boyutlarını inceleyen çalışmaları bulunmaktadır. Ulusal ve uluslararası dergilerde yayımlanmış makaleleri, kitap bölümleri ve projeleri ile akademik literatüre katkı sunmaktadır. Çeşitli hakemli dergilerde editörlük ve hakemlik görevleri üstlenen Karafil, aynı zamanda Erasmus+ ve uluslararası akademik iş birlikleri kapsamında aktif çalışmalar yürütmektedir.

As a Faculty member at Government Law College, Tiruchirappalli, my work encompasses nurturing the next generation through cutting-edge research and academic rigor. Skrypchenko Iryna Tarasivna graduated with honors from the Dnipropetrovsk State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports in 1992 with a degree in Physical Education.
Received a diploma as a specialist in therapeutic physical training and a certificate of completion of courses in sports and therapeutic massage in 1992.
In 2004, she defended her PhD thesis and received the title of Candidate of Sciences in Physical Education and Sports in the specialty 24.00.01 "Olympic and Professional Sports", and in 2006 - the title of Associate Professor. 1996-2009 headed the work of the Complex Scientific Group of the Ukrainian National Sailing Team.
1993-2019 worked in Dnepropetrovsk State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport (water sport department): Dnipro, UA
2019-2024 was Head Department of Physical Education and Technical&tactical training at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs: Dnipro, UA
2024 and now working at the Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University on the Department of Management, Marketing and Information Technologies, UA
