Algılanan Öğretmen Geribildirimi ve Güdüsel İklimin Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Derslerinde Zevk Alma ve Güdülenme Üzerine Yordayıcı Etkisi

Öz

Öz-Belirleme Kuramı’nın bir alt kuramı olan Bilişsel
Değerlendirme Kuramına göre bireylerin öğrenme ortamında öğretmenden aldıkları
geribildirimler, yeterlilik algılarını etkilediği için derse ilişkin güdülenmeyi
ve öğrenme çıktılarını etkiler. Bu çalışmada beden eğitimi ve spor derslerinde
algılanan öğretmen geribildiriminin ve dersin güdüsel ikliminin, zevk alma ve
güdülenmeyi açıklayıp açıklamadığını incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya,
ortaokulda öğrenim gören toplam 304 öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.
Katılımcılar kişisel bilgi formu, Üçlü Motivasyonel İklim Ölçeği, Algılanan
Öğretmen Geribildirimi Ölçeği, Zevk Alma Ölçeği ve Beden Eğitimi Dersi Durumsal
Güdülenme Ölçeğini beden eğitimi ve spor dersi ortamında doldurmuşlardır.
Verilere uygulanan hiyerarşik çoklu regresyon analizi sonuçları, beden eğitimi
ve spor derslerinden zevk almanın anlamlı yordayıcılarının, algılanan ustalık
iklimi ve pozitif sözel olmayan geribildirim olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Algılanan
ustalık iklimi ve pozitif sözel olmayan geribildirim derse ilişkin içsel
güdülenmenin anlamlı yordayıcısıdır. Son olarak, algılanan negatif sözel
olmayan ve pozitif genel geribildirim dışsal güdülenmenin yordayıcısı olarak
bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar ışığında beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine, ortaokul beden
eğitimi ve spor derslerinde pozitif sözel olmayan geribildirim kullanmaları
önerilmektedir. Bununla birlikte derslerini, öğrencinin görevde ustalaşmasına
dayalı, kişiler arası rekabet yerine bireyin kendi gelişimine odaklanmasını
sağlamaya dayalı biçimde işlemeleri ve böylece öğrencilerde ustalık iklimi
algısı geliştirmeleri önerilmektedir.
