Technology based interactions encourage the children with learning disability such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on social interaction, communication skills and in behavior through personalized learning environment. Computer games are significant for autistic children related motivation, interest and most of autistic children to gain some focusing skills related the computer based constructions. The present study examines the way of developing a game design conducted on four autistic children of age ranging from 5 to 7 based on participatory observation and design based research process related visual attention. Participatory observation and design based research were conducted to determine the autistic children’s preferences related computer game. As a result of observations and interviews, the educational game was designed. At the end of the design based research method, design based instructional game design developed through the autistic children’s’ needs and learning goals. The process includes the detailed analysis of the students and teacher’s needs and learning goals. In conclusion the educational game design process done with five games.
