The rapid development of information and communication technologies increases the stress factors that employees are exposed to by blurring the boundaries between work and private life. This study aims to overcome the lack of information in the literature by examining the effect of technostress on life satisfaction and the mediating role of psychological resilience in this interaction, especially in a sector with high technological interaction such as call centers. In this direction, a study was conducted on a total of 325 call center employees working in Izmir and Aydın provinces. The data collection process of the research, which is based on the relational survey model, was carried out through survey method and questionnaire technique. Technostress levels of the participants were measured with the 14-item "Technostress Scale" developed by Tarafdar (2007), adapted and simplified into Turkish by Türen et al. (2015) and consisting of three sub-dimensions: "techno-workload", "techno-uncertainty" and "techno-complexity". Life satisfaction was assessed with the 5-item "Life Satisfaction Scale" developed by Diener et al. (1985) and translated into Turkish by Dağlı and Baysal (2016). The psychological resilience levels of the participants were determined using the 6-item "Brief Psychological Resilience Scale" developed by Smith et al (2008). The results of the analysis show that technostress has a negative effect on life satisfaction and that psychological resilience partially mediates the emergence of this effect.
