Göktuğ Caliskan, who received his undergraduate education at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, also studied at the Department of International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the university as part of the double major program in the same period. After completing his undergraduate degree in 2017, Çalışkan started his graduate program in Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Department of International Relations, and successfully completed this program in 2020. In 2018, he graduated from the Department of International Relations, where he studied under the double major program. Göktuğ Çalışkan, who received language education in France by winning the 2017 YLSY program within the scope of the Ministry of National Education (MEB) scholarship, is also a senior student at Erciyes University Faculty of Law. Çalışkan, who is doing his second master's degree in Governance and International Intelligence at the International Rabat University in Morocco within the scope of the YLSY program, started his doctorate in Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Department of International Relations. He is fluent in English and French.
