Huseyin Cagan KILINC works as a associate professor at Istanbul Aydın University, Civil Engineering Department. Kilinc received his BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from Gaziantep University in 2012 and 2015, respectively. He has received his PhD degrees in Civil Engineering from Hasan Kalyoncu University. Kilinc works on artificial intelligence, deep learning, optimization, river enginering, water resources, hydrology, water management and water sustainability.
