Bio

Prof. Dr. Mohammed K. A. Kaabar is a Full Professor of Mathematics at the Samarkand International
University of Technology, listed as one of the 2023 World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University. He
received all his BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in Mathematics from Washington State University, Pullman,
Washington, USA and Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, respectively. Dr. Kaabar has a global
diverse experience in teaching/research and has worked as Professor of Mathematics, Math Lab Instructor,
and Lecturer at various US institutions such as Moreno Valley College, California, USA, Washington State
University, Washington, USA, and Colorado Early Colleges, Colorado, USA. He is an Aspiring Educator,
Researcher, Keynote Speaker at conferences held in various countries, Director of the International Engineering
and Technology Institute (IETI), headquarters in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Australia, Director of the
International Research Institute for Economics and Management, Elected Foreign Member of the Academy
of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine, Elected Scientific Committee Member of CHAOS, University of Perugia,
Italy, Emeritus Editor of AMS Blogs at the American Mathematical Society, RI, USA, Senior Member at

interests are fractional calculus, applied mathematics, mathematical modeling in economics and finance,
nonlinear optimization, mathematical physics, mathematical biology, math education, and deep learning.
