About

Akif is a scientific, academic and refereed journal in the field of theology and religious studies. Akif is published twice a year (June 30 and December 30). The article acceptance dates for the June issue are January 15-April 15; for the December issue, July 15-October 15 (The journal will be closed for article submission if sufficient articles are submitted for the next issue). Akif is published in Turkish, English and Arabic.

Manuscripts to be submitted to Akif journal should be prepared using a citation/reference management software (Zotero, EndNote, Mendeley, or Citavi).

It is required to use the "Article Template" in the manuscripts to be submitted to our journal. In addition to the "Article Template", authors should fill in the "Title Page" and upload it to the system together with the "Copyright Notice Form".
