ART7 Journal of Art and Communication

ART7 Journal of Art and Communication is an academic journal publishing in the fields of art and communication, aiming to publish research and original articles of high academic standards. Launched in 2023, ART7 aims to closely follow developments in the fields of art and communication, offering an innovative perspective and pioneering interdisciplinary work to contribute to these fields at an academic level. It also serves as a platform for researchers to share their knowledge in the fields of art and communication and contribute to the process.

ART7 is designed to cover a wide range of art and communication fields. Our journal features research and review articles on topics from various disciplines, such as cinema, traditional Turkish arts, painting, graphic arts, interior architecture, music, art history, communication studies, fashion and textile design, photography, performing arts, sculpture, and textile arts, as well as original interviews with artistic content. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December. Articles written in both Turkish and English are accepted. A ‘double-blind peer review’ system is used, based on the principles of impartiality and confidentiality, whereby authors and reviewers do not see each other's names.
