The articles uploaded to the journal system are taken into preliminary review by the Editorial Board, and the authors of the studies deemed appropriate to be sent to the referee after the evaluation are informed about the process. Authors who are informed about the process are requested to transfer 1250 TL process operating fee to the relevant company account from which the service is sold. The fee cannot be refunded for the studies for which the referee process has been initiated.

There won’t be any charge for the authors who declare that they do not work in any institution,
For foreign authors sending their articles from abroad and for book reviews.
