Articles submitted to the journal system are pre-reviewed by the Editorial Board. Authors whose works are deemed suitable for peer review are informed about the process. Authors informed about the process are requested to transfer a processing fee of -5000- TL to the account of the relevant company providing the service. No refunds are possible for works that have already entered the peer review process. No fees are charged to:

Master's students who are not employed by any institution,
Foreign authors submitted from abroad,
Book reviews. No fees are charged.
