Bartın University Journal of Educational Research is an open-access, peer-reviewed, scholarly journal published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
Bartın University Journal of Educational Research supports the free, unrestricted, and continuous dissemination of scholarly knowledge to all audiences. Accordingly, the journal adopts the principles of open-access publishing and makes all published articles available to readers without any access barriers.
No fees are charged to readers for accessing articles published in the journal. Likewise, authors are not charged any article processing charge, submission fee, editorial processing fee, peer-review fee, page charge, colour figure charge, DOI fee, language-editing fee, withdrawal fee, or any other fee.
Accepted and published articles are made openly accessible immediately upon publication and are available to all users free of charge. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, reproduce, print, and search articles published in the journal and may use them for academic, educational, and scholarly purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given.
Authors retain the copyright to their works published in Bartın University Journal of Educational Research. By submitting their manuscripts to the journal, authors grant Bartın University Journal of Educational Research the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish, archive, index, and distribute the published version in accordance with open-access principles.
Authors may share the full texts of their published articles on personal websites, in institutional repositories, academic networking platforms, and other open-access platforms, provided that appropriate attribution is given and the material is used for non-commercial purposes.
