No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

Bartın University Journal of Educational Research, is a free and open-access journal committed to supporting scholarly publishing. The journal adopts the fundamental principle that authors should be able to publish their scholarly work without incurring any financial obligation and that readers should have free access to all published content.

Manuscript submission, preliminary editorial review, peer review, publication, and access to published articles are entirely free of charge.

Neither authors nor their institutions are charged any fees at any stage or under any designation. Accordingly, the journal does not charge:

submission fees,
editorial processing fees,
peer-review fees,
article processing charges (APCs),
page charges,
colour figure charges,
DOI fees,
language-editing fees,
publication fees,
article withdrawal fees, or
any other fees.

Readers are likewise not charged for accessing, reading, downloading, copying, sharing, or using articles published in the journal.
