The primary aim of the Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Engineering Journal of Science and Engineering (DEUFMD) is to publish high-quality, original research articles that contribute significantly to the fields of Engineering and Fundamental Sciences.
DEUFMD aims to provide an international platform for researchers, academicians, and practitioners to disseminate their theoretical and practical knowledge to the global scientific community. By accepting submissions in both English and Turkish, the journal seeks to bridge language barriers and ensure the widespread dissemination of scientific knowledge. Additionally, the journal aims to present current developments in the field through "invited review articles" solicited exclusively by the Editorial Board.
The scope of the journal covers all branches of Engineering, including Computer, Environmental, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Civil, Geophysical, Geological, Chemical, Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical and Materials, Textile, and Software Engineering, as well as Fundamental Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics) related to engineering applications.

Article Acceptance Process:
After review, accepted articles will be uploaded to the system again by the author in a format ready for printing and publication, with author names, email, and institution information filled in and the edited final version accepted by the reviewers.
