AROMATİK BİTKİ VE YAĞLARININ MİNERAL ELEMENT MİKTARLARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Year 2018, Volume: 43 Issue: 4, 617 - 623, 15.06.2018

Abstract

Ülkemiz zengin bitki çeşidiyle çok sayıda tıbbi aromatik
bitkiyi bünyesinde barındırmaktadır. Bu bitkilerin de tedavide kullanımları
insanlık tarihiyle birlikte başlamıştır. Son zamanlarda ise bu bitkilerin
kullanımlarının yanı sıra soğuk sıkma yöntemiyle elde edilen yağları da tercih
edilmektedir.
  elde edilen
yağlarına göre daha zengin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

COMPARISON OF MINERAL ELEMENT AMOUNTS OF AROMATIC PLANT AND THEIR OILS

Year 2018, Volume: 43 Issue: 4, 617 - 623, 15.06.2018

Abstract

Our country has a rich variety of plant species and
contains a large number of medical aromatic plants. The use of these plants in
therapy has also begun with the history of mankind. In recent times, besides
the use of these plants, oils obtained by cold squeezing method are also
preferred. In this study, Amounts of mineral elements (Cu, Cr, Fe, Mn, Se and
Zn) in terms of human health of medical aromatic plants (sage, black cumin,
thyme, flaxseed and sesame) grown in Burdur province and the oils obtained from
them were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)
According to the results, it has been determined that the amount of mineral
elements in medical plants is richer than the oils obtained.
