IZMIR JOURNAL OF ECONOMICS started to be published only electronically, starting with Volume 37, Issue 1 of 2022.

Izmir Journal of Economics will publish a special issue dedicated to the "Family Year", to explore the crucial role of the family in economic and social life from various perspectives. Click here to access the call for papers for this special issue.

Izmir Journal of Economics is published four times in a year (First issue is published in January-February-March period, second issue is published in April-May-June period, third issue is published in July-August-September period, fourth issue is published in October-November-December period).

The Izmir Journal of Economics is a multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, international and double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal. The journal is published quarterly online within the body of the Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

The main objective of the journal is to publish quality academic studies in the area of economics, econometrics, business, business economics, business analytics and business intelligence, tax applications and financial economics, public administration and international politics, that are based on empirical and/or theoretical research, comparative studies and case studies.
