If the study aligns with the journal's publication principles, it is then sent to at least two referees using a two-sided blind review process for evaluation. In the case of a stated negative review from one of the referees, it is sent to a third referee. If the third referee's decision is adverse, the text is returned to its author. Otherwise, the final decision is given in the journal counseling and publication council, considering the third referee's evaluation result. To execute the two-sided blind referee method, the authors must ensure that their text does not contain any information that reveals their identity before adding it to the system. The author's information will be added by the editors in the step of correction. All similarity reports for the texts are deducted before they are sent to the referees by the programs Turnitin and iThenticate. If the similarity is above 25%, the text is returned to its author. The similarity reports of studies submitted for publication are sent to the referees for informational purposes.
Every article's assessment is completed in approximately three months. However, even if the assessment process is completed within three months, the publication process may change depending on the intensity of the articles. The articles are arranged in the order of arrival, taking into account the subject and period distribution.

IJOSES is a peer-reviewed journal that began publication in 2013 and features authentic research in the field of Social Education. IJOSES publishes Turkish and English scientific articles twice a year, specifically in June and December. When necessary, special issues may be published during the year. The author(s) are responsible for the views and opinions that they express in their articles. All publication rights of the articles that are sent to be published and approved by the publishing council belong to the IJOSES / USEBD Journal. The edicts presented in national or international symposia can be submitted to the publication, provided they are stated. The edicts presented at the conferences should not be published.
