Dear Editor, uploading the article to the system gives a file type error (pdf, doc, docx). Why can't I upload it even though it has the correct file extension?

1. If you are uploading your article as doc, you can try docx format; if you are uploading docx, you can try .doc format.
2. You can remove the Turkish characters and special signs in the article file and try again.
3. If you are uploading the article from the Chrome browser, you can try it from the Microsoft Edge or Firefox browser.
4. If the first three items are not the solution, you can try the article upload process from another computer.
