Dear Editor, uploading the article to the system gives a file type error (pdf, doc, docx). Why can't I upload it even though it has the correct file extension?

1. If you are uploading your article as doc, you can try docx format; if you are uploading docx, you can try .doc format.
2. You can remove the Turkish characters and special signs in the article file and try again.
3. If you are using Google Chrome to upload, try switching to Microsoft Edge or Firefox to see if the issue persists.

4. If none of the above solutions work, try uploading the article from a different computer.
