Karaelmas Journal of Occupational Health and Safety

Karaelmas Journal of Occupational Health and Safety is the official, peer-reviewed, open access publication organ of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University. The mission of the Journal is to advance knowledge of occupational health and safety by providing grounds for the sharing of ideas and data developed by researchers and experts in the field of occupational health and safety. The articles may cover topics for eliminating occupational accidents and diseases, improving the quality of working life by creating a safer and more comfortable working environment, and ultimately improving the health and safety of employees.

Karaelmas Journal of Occupational Health and Safety, with an interdisciplinary approach, publishes articles covering the fields of Science, Health Sciences and Social Sciences in both English and Turkish languages with 3 issues per year (since 2021). Since its establishment, the journal is published electronically in the TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Dergi PARK system and the works submitted using the Dergi PARK system are evaluated.
