About the Journal
Kün: Journal of Literary and Cultural Studies is a digital, open-access, peer-reviewed, bilingual, and international journal that publishes high-quality scholarly articles in the fields of literature and culture. The journal aims to provide a dynamic platform for innovative and interdisciplinary discussions that engage critically with cultural and literary phenomena.
Kün particularly prioritizes studies on Turkish literature and culture, seeking to establish an international academic space where local and international researchers can exchange ideas and foster collaboration. Nevertheless, the journal also welcomes submissions addressing theoretical, interdisciplinary, or comparative topics relevant to literature and culture more broadly.
The journal accepts manuscripts written in both English and Turkish and is published twice a year, in Summer (June) and Winter (December). In addition, one special issue is planned for publication annually.
Kün features original research articles, review essays, critical studies, translations of scholarly works, and analytical evaluations of literary texts, cultural productions, and performances.
