METU Studies in Development (METUSD) is an academic, scientific, open access, peer-reviewed international journal published online by the METU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in June and December. Published since 1970, it is the oldest journal in Turkey in the area of Economics and Administrative Sciences. METUSD publishes original articles in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science and related fields in Turkish and English. The author(s) are responsible for the thoughts and opinions expressed in the articles. Our journal was indexed by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM until 2018. The process for the years 2023 and 2024 is still ongoing
