The Journal of Management Information Systems is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published under the Department of Management Information Systems, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Dokuz Eylül University. The journal publishes original research articles and review papers in Turkish or English and provides an academic platform for scholars conducting research in the field of information technologies and systems.
The journal is published biannually (June and December), with a maximum of 15 articles per issue. If the number of accepted manuscripts exceeds this limit, the remaining manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the subsequent issue, and the authors will be informed accordingly.
Manuscripts are accepted exclusively through the DergiPark online submission system provided by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM. Submissions sent via email are not considered. Authors who submit their manuscripts through the online system can also track the review process via the same platform.
The journal employs a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, manuscripts submitted to the journal must not include any identifying information, such as author names or academic titles. Manuscripts that comply with the submission guidelines are first subject to an initial evaluation by the editor and are subsequently assigned to at least two independent reviewers.
