Rüptüre rudimenter Horn gebelik: Olgu sunumu

Öz

The non-communicating rudimentary horn pregnancies usually result in rupture. In the beginning, our case was evaluated as intrauterine missed abortion and misoprostole was applied, but due to the failure of the treatment, ultrasound scan was repeated. Since free fluid accompanied the fetus in the abdomen, laparatomy was carried out and non-communicating ruptured rudimentary horn pregnancy was diagnosed. The treatment was applied by the excision of the rudimentary horn.

Öz

Uterin kavite ile ilişkisi olmayan rudimenter horn gebelikleri sıklıkla rüptür ile sonuçlanır. Olgumuz ilk önce intrauterin missed abortus olarak değerlendirilip, misoprostol ile abortusu denenmiş, fakat tedavi başarısızlığı sonucu, şüphelenilerek tekrarlanan ultrasonografide fetusun abdomende serbest sıvı ile birlikte izlenmesi sonucu laparatomi yapılarak, uterin kavite ile bağlantısı olmayan rupture rudimenter horn gebeliği tanısı konulmuştur. Rudimenter horn eksizyonu ile tedavisi yapılmıştır.
