Bio
Dr. Egemen is Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at Pamukkale University, Denizli / Turkey. He grew up in Cyprus. After finishing high school in Lefkoşa Türk Maarif Koleji in 1998, He graduated from Trakya University School of Medicine in 2005 at the fourth degree. He trained in neurological surgery at Gazi University, Ankara. He studied in Ljubljana University as a neurosurgery intern in 2004. He also worked in Rome Catholic University, Paediatric Neurosurgery Department as clinical researcher and observer in 2012. He previously worked for compulsory service in Siirt and then Koç University Hospital for two years each. Dr. Egemen's clinical focus is on pediatric neurosurgery and neuroendoscopy. He became a board-certified neurosurgeon of EANS (Europen Association of Neurological Societies) in March 2018.
