Melisa is a PhD candidate at Marmara University, Department of Organizational Behavior. She holds a master’s degree in Management and Work Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in econometrics. Having work experience in the field of human resources in Turkey and UK, Melisa’s research area is on HR Analytics which blends her education and work experiences.
