I have a Bachelor degree in Aquaculture Engineering from the Süleyman Demirel University, Fisheries Faculty (Isparta, Turkey), a master and a PhD in Dept. of Marine Biology from the same university. I have experienced SCUBA diving with over 50 diving in Turkey, Italy & Sweden, CMAS**. My master on seaweed taxonomy and my PhD on marine halacarid taxonomy in Turkish Mediterranean Coast (Levantine Sea). Since 2012 I have trained as an acarologist. I have interest in marine and freshwater mites (halacarid and pontarachnid) biodiversity, systematics, taxonomy & ecology.
