Bio
I have successfully completed my PhD in Arabic literature from King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia (2018) and done honours (2003) and master (2004) in Arabic from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I joined International Islamic University Chittagong (Dhaka Campus) as lecturer in Islamic studies on the first of March in 2009 and served there up till the 24 th of September 2010. On the 25 th of September 2010 I joined the department of Arabic, University of Dhaka as lecturer and served in this post till the 2nd of February 2013. On the 3rd of February 2013 I was promoted to the post of Assistant Professor and served in this post till the 29th of October 2019. On the 30th of October 2019 I was promoted to the post of Associate Professor. My research interests include Classical Poetry, Rhetoric and Literary Theory.
