Dr. Erdogan has focused on statistical thermodynamics, physical chemistry, and kinetic theory in his latest studies. He has studied internal combustion engines, alternative fuels, and emission reduction methods. His doctoral thesis and research project at Marmara University have been related to the recycling of waste animal fats and their use in diesel engines. He is also a specialist in the area of multi-criteria decision-making methods and fuzzy theory. Besides, he worked at KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey) for more than 10 years as an expert. In this institution, he took part in the evaluation and monitoring of the R & D and investment projects of SMEs. He is currently working as an assistant professor at the Sakarya University Adapazarı Vocational School.
