Akdeniz Journal of Communication Studies

Akdeniz Journal of Communication Studies , published by Akdeniz University Faculty of Communication, is a "PEER-REVIEWED" academic journal published 4 (March, June, September, December) times a year. It is a scientific journal that includes research and reviews related to all areas of communication sciences. In this context, Akdeniz Journal of Communication Studies, which includes scientific articles related to communication sciences and related disciplines, aims to contribute to the field of communication in a scientific sense by preparing publications that comply with academic standards. Journal of Akdeniz İletişim is indexedd by TÜBİTAK/ULAKBİM TR Index Social and Human Sciences Database, DOAJ, ERIH PLUS, and EBSCO Communication Source databases.

The manuscripts sent to the Journal for evaluation must fully and completely fulfill all the issues stated in the Author Guidelines. You can download the Manuscript Template from here.

With the joint decision of the Editorial and Publication Board, as of its issues to be published in 2026 after the December 2025 issue (Issue No. 50), Akdeniz İletişim Journal will publish manuscripts written only in English.
