Prof. Hanifi Parlar completed his undergraduate education in Biology Teaching at Marmara University (1992), his master's degree in Educational Management and Supervision at Yeditepe University (2006), and his doctorate in the same field at Marmara University (2012). After working for 10 years in various private institutions in different positions such as teacher, deputy school principal, school principal, general manager, he was appointed to Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Educational Sciences as an Assistant Professor in 2012. Parlar, who became an Associate Professor in 2018, became a Professor in the field of Educational Sciences in 2024. Prof. Parlar currently works for Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Educational Sciences. Prof. Parlar has many articles published in journals indexed in national and international directories. Prof. Parlar's research areas include capacity building, school effectiveness, leadership development, teacher professionalism, organizational development, teaching strategies and innovation in education.
Dr. Muhammed Çelik completed his undergraduate education in English Language Teaching at Selçuk University (2008), his master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Sakarya University (2013), and his doctorate in the same field at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University (2019). He has worked as a teacher for all levels of Turkish government schools (primary, secondary, high school, imam hatip), BİLSEM (science and art center), some private institutions, non-governmental organizations and also Jeddah International Turkish School, Saudi Arabia. He has participated in various the EU and USA projects (Erasmus Student Exchange Program, Pictes+, Comenius, Grundtvig, Work and Travel). He is a scout leader at the Turkish Scouting Federation. He is currently working as a project specialist for Research and Development Unit of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education. He has articles published in journals indexed in national and international directories. Dr. Çelik's research areas include educational administration, educational supervision, educational planning, educational leadership, and sociology of education.
Ramazan Cansoy is Associate Professor of Educational Administration in Karabuk University. His current research interests include school leadership effects, instructional leadership, and innovative schools, teacher professional development, instruction.
