Online version of IHID (Journal of Administrative Law and Administrative Sciences) has been intended to create a new platform for scientific researches that can address the dynamic agenda of administrative law there and then. By this means, the need for immediate assessment of new aspects of everchanging administrative law and principles governing supervision of administration from a legal point of view and submittal to the review of the readers will be fullfilled through unification of the speed of an online platform and scientific aspects that requires one to think and examine, without being hindered by the unscientific methods and limited means social media. Our aim is to remove the disconnection between up to date information and scientific knowledge and create an opportunity which provides exchange.
It shall be open to all kinds of researches in relation to administrative law and supervision of administration in the agenda of country and world. In this sense any work, irrelevent of it’s length that provides quick, up to date critisizm or assesment of laws, presidential decrees, administrative general regulatory acts, judicial decisions, ECHR decisions and preferebly provides fresh approachs shall be deemed successful. Surely, the studies will undergo peer review, and rather than being a political forum, maintaining a scientific platform enabling expression of different legal opinions and legal aspects of political subjects will be strived.
Certainly, the intention is important however there is no doubt that we bear the responsibility to prove it. Yet, we are looking forward to receiving articles from people in this field. Achieving this purpose will not again be possible if articles are not received or appreciated.
