Open Access Policy

Open access is the free online availability of publications to everyone with few restrictions on reuse. The unlimited dissemination of research is particularly important for authors, readers, and funders.

The Journal of Diplomatic Research (JDR) adopts the open access model with the aim of freely sharing scientific knowledge and increasing the global accessibility of research results. Our journal provides free access to all its articles in order to ensure that academic content reaches the widest audiences and contributes to scientific progress. All articles published as open access in our journal are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

All articles published in our journal are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license provides the most liberal sharing conditions for copyrighted works.

Rights Granted Under the License

Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, users obtain the following rights:

Right to Share: The right to copy, reproduce and redistribute the work in any medium or format.
Right to Adapt: The right to remix, transform, build upon the work and create derivative works.
Commercial Use: The right to use the work for any purpose, including the right to use it for commercial purposes.
Unrestricted Access: The right to access the work without geographical, technological or legal restrictions.

License Conditions

The only condition for the use of these rights is proper attribution:

Attribution Responsibility: The original authors and publication details of the work must be stated.

Works submitted to our journal are archived by the National Archive: TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM DergiPark archive.
