Journal of Spatial Research

Dear Authors, The Journal of Spatial Research will open for article submissions on June 1, 2026, following the publication of our May 2026 issue, and will close again at 00:01 on July 6, 2026.

Starting from June 1, 2026, only doctoral-level researches will be considered for evaluation among postgraduate-level studies.

Studies whose primary methodology is based on bibliometric analysis will not be considered.

Articles that do not comply with the journal's writing guidelines will not be considered.

Journal of Spatial Research; aims to contribute to scientific research, education, and practice in the field of Architecture, Planning, and Design by publishing original scientific studies in the fields of Architecture, Interior Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, and Landscape Architecture.

Journal of Spatial Research accepts original scientific research articles in the fields of Architecture, Interior Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, and Landscape Architecture, including interdisciplinary studies within this focus scope.

Journal of Spatial Research is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes electronically twice a year in May and November in Turkish and English languages. The journal evaluates articles with a double-blind peer review system and does not charge any fees at any stage of evaluation and publication and does not pay royalties to authors.
