The concept of architectural has evolved into a branch of science and art, which includes many versatile and diverse disciplines, rather than the scale of a single building (building). In this context, Architectural Science has become the common platform of disciplines that include spatial planning, design, repair, protection and management.
The main objective of JASA is to create an environment for transporting, accessing and sharing information free of charge to all segments of the society with all dimensions of architectural such as scientific, artistic, ecological, social, economic and technological, providing multi-dimensional added value as much as possible and providing international, high quality and make it a unique publishing platform.
The objectives stipulated in the JASA journal are; In the context of producing livable and healthy spaces, protecting natural and cultural values and sustainability, scientific information production, product and technology development, encouraging collaboration with related disciplines to provide multi-dimensional added value and sharing multi-directional information.


The JASA prioritizes scientific studies in the form of "original research articles" and "compilations" written on any subject related to theoretical and practical issues that may be related to spatial planning and design, protection, repair, management, and economics, etc. dimensions.

In addition, research studies on subjects of various disciplines such as Building Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Interior Architecture, Industrial Product Design, Civil Engineering, Forest Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Geography, Mining Engineering, Sociology, Archeology, Nature Protection, Tourism, Recreation, Cultural Heritage, EnvironmentBusiness Administration can be published in JASA., 


ARTICLE WRITING RULES
• While preparing the articles, the "spelling rules" given below, "APA 6-Resource Guide" and International "abbreviations and unit symbols" should be taken into consideration for resource use and representation.
• The text should be written in plain language and expression, comply with the Turkish spelling rules, third person singular and passive verbs should be used and should not contain transpose sentences.
Articles should be prepared according to  the Article Template of JASA.

ARTICLE SECTION CONTENTS
Article title
• Article title should be written in capital letters, 16 font size, bold and “Calibri” font.
• Author Name Surname, Calibri and 13 font size must be written.
• ORCID number, Calibri and 10 font size must be written.
• Author contact information should be written in Calibri, italic and 10 font size.
Turkish and English Abstract
• Abstract should definitely not be more than 150 words.
• In essence, the subject discussed in the article should be briefly introduced, the methods used and the results achieved should be specified.
• The words (maximum 6 words) defining the subject should be given as "Keywords"
1. Introduction
• The importance, scope and purpose of the study should be stated.
Subject headings should be numbered as 1.1., 1.1.1.,
2. Material and Method
• The properties of the materials used in the article, the way they are used, etc. should be included.
• The method used should be described in detail in a clear and understandable way.
3. Research Findings (Research Findings and Discussion)
• This section can optionally be organized as "Research Findings" or "Research Findings and Discussion".
4. Conclusion and Suggestions (Discussion and Conclusion)
• This section can optionally be organized as Conclusion, "Conclusion and Suggestions" or "Discussion and Conclusion".

Thanks and Information Note
• In this section, people who contributed to the study, funds, donations, researchers' contribution rate statement, project support and acknowledgment statements, conflict statements, studies that require an Ethics Committee Decision, etc. should be specified.
• If the study was produced from the Thesis, this information should be given here. For example; This article, …. University …. Graduate School of …… Master's Degree, completed in ......... in the Department of ……... or Produced from doctoral thesis.
• The article complies with national and international research and publication ethics.
• Ethics Committee approval was not required for the study. Or Ethics Committee approval in the study, Ethics Committee of the University of ……….. dated …………… and ……. It should be said that it was taken with the decision no.

WARNINGS
• English Article Legal Control Report should be uploaded to systems.
• The entire article should be written, preferably in Rich Text Format or in an MS-Word 2003 compatible file, with a maximum of 25 pages including text, figures and tables.
• For the text of the article, Calibri 11 font size should be used, justified and single line spacing should be preferred.
• Figures and Tables must be cited in the text and placed after the cited paragraph. Figures and Tables should be centered in the article, Figure and Table texts should be justified and Calibri should be used in 10 points.
• APA Style should be used as the bibliography style.
• References at the end of the text should be listed first alphabetically and then in chronological order.
• In the arrangement of the references directory, the first line should be left aligned, if any, the second and subsequent lines should be written 1.00 cm indented..

JASA ETHICAL PRINCIPLES and PUBLICATION POLICY

The publication processes applied in the JASA constitute the basis for the development and sharing of information in an impartial and respectful manner. In this context, it is important that all stakeholders (authors, researchers, publishers, editors, boards, referees and readers) comply with ethical principles and standards.


All works published in JASA must comply with the provisions of the "YOK Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive" and the relevant legislation and the ethical principles published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) as open access.  (JASA General Ethics and Publication Rules Detail)

ETHICS COMMITTEE PERMISSION is mandatory for articles to be published for publications starting in 2020.

Whether an ETHICS COMMITTEE PERMIT and / or LEGAL / SPECIAL PERMISSION is required must be specified in the article. If these permissions are required, from which institution, on what date and which decision or issue number should be submitted.

JASA adopts the open access policy. It accepts the principles defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

In accordance with the publication policy of JASA, no product processing fee and article submission fee are charged. The content of the journal can be accessed online at no cost.

Authors are responsible for published publications. Any Editorial Board of the journal is not responsible for published articles.

After an article is uploaded to the JASA system, the evaluation process is carried out in 3 stages as 1. Pre-Control (2 weeks), 2. Evaluation (3 weeks) and 3. Editing (3 weeks) and at least 10 weeks. Articles can only request a withdrawal by the Authors during the Pre-check and Evaluation processes.

A DOI number is assigned for each article published in The JASA.


For all articles submitted, it should have a "Similarity Rate" of at most 18% using the TURNITIN program.

A Blind Reviewer Evaluation (at least two referees) is made for each published article.

"APA 6 - Reference Guide" and International "abbreviations and unit symbols" are taken into consideration for the article writing rules, usage and representation.

Article submission and all other processes in the JASA are free of charge.
