The Journal of Sport Education (SED) is a reputable and International peer-reviewed publication (Scientific Journal) that presents the latest research in the fields of Movement and Training Science, Sport Education, Sport Health and Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Exercise and Sport Psychology, Sport Information Technology, Sport Management and Physical Education and Sport sciences.
SED publishes letters to the editor, reviews, research and original research. Scientific articles submitted to the journal for publication should contain new data on theoretical or experimental research or practical applications in the field of sports sciences.

FREQUENCY OF PUBLICATION
SED is published 3 issues a year (April, August, December). Authors will not wait for their work to be published until the next issue. In this way, SED aims to speed up the article publication process from the time the manuscript is uploaded to our journal until it is published.
ARCHIVING
The Journal of Sport Education uses the LOCKSS system to create a decentralised archiving system among participating libraries and to allow these libraries to create permanent archives for preservation and restoration purposes.
The SED journal mainly publishes studies covering all research articles related to sport science.

The Journal of Sport Education is committed to the highest standards of research and publication ethics. If ethical misconduct is suspected, the Editorial Board will act in accordance with relevant international publication ethics guidelines (i.e. COPE guidelines, ICMJE Recommendations, CSE White Paper on Publication Ethics, WAME resources, WMA policies and ORI).
DISCLAIMER
Plagiarism is a serious problem and the most common ethical issue affecting scientific writing. Journal of Sport Education does not allow plagiarism in any way. As per our journal policy, submitted manuscripts are scanned at least twice (during the evaluation process and before publication) with plagiarism software to detect cases of overlapping and similar text.
We use "iThenticate" to scan all submissions for plagiarism. High similarity scores, even above 20%, can lead to rejection of an article even after it has been accepted.

I grew in a sports environment. I am currently a senior researcher at the University of Extremadura Spain. I have won ranked 1st place in physical fitness in Iran and now I work in several professional clubs as a sports scientist. My interests in researches: Sports Nutrition and supplement; growth youth and maturation; strength and conditioning; sports performance; soccer training; injury prevention; training load, quality of life; reliability, and validity.
Prof.Dr. Gözde ERSÖZ, Marmara Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği Bölümü'nde spor ve egzersiz psikolojisi, spor yönetimi konularında uzmanlaşmıştır. Dr. Ersöz'ün 30 araştırma makalesi ve 6 kitap bölümü yayınlanmış olup, bilimsel kongrelerde 100'ün üzerinde bildiri sunmuştur. Dr. Ersöz, Research in Sport Science ile The Journal of Eurasia Sport Sciences Medicine ve Research in Sport Science dergilerinin spor ve egzersiz pskolojisi alan editörüdür. Ayrıca Spor ve Egzersiz Psikolojisi, Spor Bilimleri ve Rekreasyon alanlarında yayınlanan birçok derginin yayın kurulunda görev yapmaktadır. Ersöz, Türkiye Milli Olimpiyat Komitesi, Türkiye Milli Paralimpik Komitesi, Basketbol Federasyonu, Egzersiz ve Spor Psikolojisi Derneği, Spor Bilimleri Derneği, Kadınlar için Spor ve Fiziksel Aktivite Derneği gibi kurum ve kuruluşların komite ve kurullarında görev yapmaktadır.
Matthew Muscat-Inglott is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Community Services, MCAST. His duties at the institute include lecturing research methods, tutoring students undertaking their undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, and carrying out research. Matthew carries out research in the fields of vocational education, sport, and exercise for health, and regularly publishes in a range of local and international journals.

Andy Lin is an Associate Professor at the Center for Teacher Education, National Taiwan Sport University in Taoyuan, Taiwan. His research focuses on PETE and PE curriculum and instruction. He has published works on preservice teacher development and educational policies in sport pedagogy.
