Editorial and Peer Review Policy

1. Scope and Eligibility

Manuscripts outside the aims and scope of the journal are not considered for evaluation.

Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is not permitted.

2. Peer Review Process

Each submission is evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers appointed by the Editorial Board.

The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to assign additional reviewers if deemed necessary.

The peer review process typically takes 40–50 days, and the editorial process approximately 2.5 months.

3. Ethical Considerations

Authors are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest during the editorial decision process.

Unethical practices such as adding or removing authors during the evaluation process are strictly prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

All manuscripts and associated documents are kept confidential and securely stored throughout the evaluation process.

5. Plagiarism Check

Plagiarism reports must be submitted prior to the start of the peer review process.

The Editor may request additional plagiarism checks at the beginning, during, or at the end of the evaluation process if necessary.

6. Double-Blind Peer Review

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartiality and academic integrity.

7. Policy Updates

The journal’s peer review policies are regularly reviewed and updated based on the recommendations of the Editorial Board.
