Important Announcement on the Publication Period and Evaluation Process

Our journal has adopted a continuous publication model. Within this framework, no specific publication date is guaranteed for manuscripts submitted to the journal. Authors are therefore kindly requested not to insist on a predetermined publication date.

The publication timeline of submitted manuscripts may vary depending on:

the nature and duration of the peer-review process,

the necessity of sending the manuscript to more than two reviewers due to its interdisciplinary scope,

the completion period of the ethics committee approval / ethical compliance process,

and ultimately, the final decision of the Editorial Board.

In light of these considerations, authors who request a predetermined publication date, attempt to interfere with the evaluation process, or do not accept the functioning of the continuous publication system are strongly advised not to submit their manuscripts to our journal.

Our journal conducts its publication activities in full compliance with the principles of scientific publishing, academic ethics, and peer-reviewed evaluation processes. All authors submitting manuscripts are deemed to have accepted these conditions in advance. This is hereby respectfully announced.

General Notice About Spelling Rules
In order to reduce the workload of our journal and to ensure that the publication process can be carried out more healthily, our authors are expected to pay maximum attention to the following issues:

- Each author is obliged to edit his/her article in accordance with the journal template and to upload all documents requested through the system completely.

- If missing documents are detected during the pre-evaluation process, the relevant work will be returned directly without any additional explanation or correction request.

This practice has been made mandatory in order to maintain the effectiveness of our publication process and to approach all applications at an equal distance. Please make sure that all documents are uploaded to the system completely and correctly before making your application.

Until further notice, all authors are required to obtain a plagiarism report prior to submitting their manuscripts and upload it as a supplementary file to the submission system. Manuscripts submitted without a plagiarism report will not be reviewed by the editorial board until this requirement is fulfilled. We kindly ask all authors to show the necessary attention to this matter.

Plagiarism Percentage Limit: The limit is 20%. If exceeded, the article is immediately rejected.

Evaluation processes: After the editorial review, the editor sends the article to at least two referees using the blind peer-review system.
