Submitted manuscripts must be original and not previously published, and must pass a plagiarism check.
Manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editorial Board; suitable submissions are sent to at least two independent peer reviewers. Peer review reports remain confidential and are shared with authors during the evaluation process.
Authors are responsible for considering peer and editorial feedback. The scientific and legal responsibility of published work lies with the authors.
Manuscripts must comply with the journal’s formatting and style guidelines; abstracts, keywords, and complete author information (name, affiliation, academic title, ORCID, and contact) must be provided.
All rights of published articles belong to the journal; proper citation is required when referencing published work.
