The journal acknowledges the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in academic research and publishing. In line with international publication ethics and transparency principles, the following policy applies:
1. Authorship and Responsibility
Artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar systems) cannot be listed as authors under any circumstances. All intellectual, scientific, and ethical responsibility for the content of a manuscript rests entirely with the human author(s).
2. Permitted Use of AI Tools
AI tools may be used only for language editing, grammar correction, or stylistic improvement.
AI may also be used as a supportive analytical or advisory tool, provided that the originality, interpretation, and scholarly judgment remain solely with the author(s).
3. Prohibited Use of AI Tools
Manuscripts that are fully or predominantly generated by artificial intelligence without meaningful human intellectual contribution are not accepted.
4. Mandatory Disclosure
Authors are required to explicitly declare whether AI tools were used during the preparation of their manuscript. This declaration must be included at the time of submission.
5. Ethical Accountability
Any ethical issues arising from the use of AI tools, including but not limited to fabricated data, fabricated or inaccurate references, plagiarism, or misinformation, are the sole responsibility of the author(s).
6. Peer Review Process
Reviewers may use AI tools to support their evaluation process; however, manuscripts must not be uploaded, shared, or processed through AI systems in a manner that compromises confidentiality.
The journal adopts an innovative yet ethically grounded approach, supporting responsible use of emerging technologies while maintaining academic integrity and publication ethics.
