Examining School Culture in the Management Processes of Primary Schools in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Türkiye and the England
Öz
This article aims to explore school culture in the management processes of primary schools in the Republic of Türkiye, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and England. By comparing the school cultures of the countries, it is aimed to find out the best practices to build effective and inclusive learning environments. The research will contribute to educational policymakers as well as provide opportunities for researchers from different perspectives. In addition, it is aimed to provide new perspectives on the role of educational institutions in change and improvement. According to UNESCO, education should provide inclusive, equitable, and quality lifelong learning opportunities for all individuals. The article examined the contribution of management practices to school culture and the impact of management. Management processes play a key role in the organisation of activities and success. The research examined the roles of stakeholders in shaping school culture, the impact of school leadership on students and learning outcomes, and the similarities and differences between different countries. Finally, it addressed research limitations and made recommendations for further research.
